Fit n Active boot camps offer you an innovative fitness program. It’s about taking your body to its limits, testing your character and improving your fitness! We offer our clients seriously demanding and highly challenging Bootcamp programs for those people looking to either kick start or take their health and fitness to a new level.

The idea behind the Fit n Active boot camp is to ensure you get all the benefits of exercising – without the boring bits. Fit n Active focus on quality, not quantity. All Fit n Active boot camp numbers are limited to ensure each and every person receives the attention required to achieve results. Fit n Active boot camp classes are for all shapes and sizes. We are only looking for one thing from participants – commitment!

Boot Camp

Fit n Active hold 3 different tailored boot camps including an adult class, a women’s only class and a kid’s class. Each boot camp program consists of a 6 week intensive training program that consists of 3x 60 minute sessions per week including speed training, kickboxing, yoga, pilates, resistance training and core strength. With a range of classes and times, you are bound to find a Fit n Active boot camp class that best suits you and your needs.
